Biography: Hossam has a computer engineering degree, an MBA and a PhD in Management Information Systems. His research interest is in technology use in healthcare delivery, data literacy, social media, social capital, and job performance. He has multiple publications in renowned journals. Prior to his academic career, he worked for many years as a technologist and consultant.
