Biography: Dr. Nayab Sultan completed several postgraduate degrees from the UK and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate for his academic work in Malawi after serving as Professor at the University of Malawi and Government Advisor. He is also conducting research in Malawi currently with the University of British Columbia (Canada) and the Universities of Cape Town and Witwatersrand (South Africa) on the use of AI technology for the early detection of TB and Silicosis among former oscillatory migrant mineworkers. Currently undertaking a doctorate in global health based on his work with sub-Saharan mineworkers.
